Refund Policy - the basics
Our Refund Policy for Subscriptions and Memberships states that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for subscription or membership fees once they have been processed. You are also able to cancel your renewal through the Practice Better patient portal to prevent incurring further charges. However, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with our service, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase, and we will review your case on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund or for further assistance, please reach out to our customer support with your order details. Please note that any refunds approved will be issued via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
